The Chicago Hotel Collection Wrigleyville

The room was beautiful and the location great.

The door was locked & there was no one at the desk to let us in. There is construction at the hotel. When we checked in, they required that I take a picture of my ID and text it to a random 773. I asked for but never received a receipt.

They didn't serve food, only coffee

Service! There was none. No one ever at the front desk to be let in the front door. No parking availability.

Cool place with good Wi-Fi and attached restaurant. Great and stunning location for Chicago, very close to the bars, and Wrigley Field, restaurants & shops. Also, on how everything was done. My favorite property in Chicago.

While the rooms had a nice aesthetic, the check-in process was a hassle due to the lack of staff and communication. No one answered the phone, and we had issues accessing our room. It's a self-service setup, which isn’t ideal when help is needed.

I loved marvellous and unbeatable location of this property.

The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying an exciting area, right by many bars, clubs and restaurants and Wrigley field and the best city in the world.

arriving was kind of a hassle since no one was there to help at check-in. but the location is wonderful, just steps away from wrigley. the decor is fun and unique, making it a decent size too.

First, the room was clean and it had a decent view, but. That's where the good part stops. The staff is non-existent, don't expect anyone to help you or answer your calls, it's a nightmare.

It wasn't cheap, trust me, but I guess for the space it was still acceptable.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our family trip, just a quick walk to Wrigley Field. We enjoyed attending a Cubs game and exploring the vibrant neighborhood full of bars and restaurants.

My wife says that having more family-oriented activities or amenities would be great, especially for kids to keep them engaged .

Comfortable beds, great location!

The room was clean and modern, with a fun baseball decor that added character. I particularly enjoyed being just a block away from Wrigley Stadium, which made it ideal for exploring the area. Check-in was a hassle due to limited staff presence, and I found getting assistance challenging when we arrived.

Avoid if you're looking for a smooth experience

Location is wonderful. Close to the action of all the nightlife.

The facility killed it! We loved the quirky baseball decor and being just a block from Wrigley Stadium.

The Beautiful King Room was immaculate, and I appreciated the convenient location near various attractions. The absence of clear communication regarding breakfast options was frustrating, as I was unaware that it was included. While the lobby decor was appealing, the overall ambiance felt somewhat lacking compared to expectations.
